ATTENTION MUSIC LOVERS:
Being a resident of Japan, no one told me an added perk: imports. Here waiting to be discovered are studio rareties and live. Ive seen live Zeppelin, Aerosmith and Beatle albums out here I never knew existed, all recorded in Japan.
Pictured is what must be a highly coveted GN'R album for any American fan: Guns N'Roses Live in Rock in Rio III Festival, 2001. For sure, a non-American release, considering what a prick Axl Rose has been about touring in the States. The old and new songs on this album rock, and serve to reenforce GN'R as one of the greatest hard rock bands on the planet. But the best feature in this live, unedited double album are Axl Roses's lenghthy tirades. Shame on you the critics, former bandmembers, Brazilian and French soccer players, and even you, the internet--"the big garbage can" as Rose he describes it.
The new band sounds competent, but lacks Slash's snakey guitar riffs, as well as the o.g line-up. Rose admits he's a difficult person to deal with as states on this album. It is my opinion that Rose caused the demise of GN'R--one of the villianous bands in rock history. I'm not bitter over the now defunct hybrid band. Unquestionably, Rose still remains one of rock's most versatile and gifted of singers.
Too bad, he fucked it all up.

Axl Rose, a 'gifted singer'...please... He's a piece of shit, and as far as singing is concerned, Axl can do two things, and neither of them well... banshee shriek and cat stuck in a tree caterwaul. I'm thinking you've never heard of Robert Plant, who is and was a truly gifted singer. Axl Rose is merely a loser who couldn't handle fame, and we'd all be better off without him. Anyone who can't release a single album in over a decade is a complete WASTE OF TIME. I'm looking forward to the headline, "G & R singer takes own life....' End of Story.
